Vital Signs is a title sequence I pitched for and won while at DK. The show is created by and starred in by Dr Dre and directed Paul Hunter as the first original series for Apple Music. The show is semi biographical for Dr Dre and stars Sam Rockwell, Mo McRae, and Ian McShane as embodiments of the different personalities or voices in Dre's head that have manifested themselves over his career. I used the visual theme of reflection and symmetry to represent this in a sort of abstract fever dream. Also, at Dre's request I mixed in the theme of an MRI, which added some interesting texture and worked well with the symmetrical aspect. Unfortunately, even after getting a significant ways into the animation, production was stopped due to budget and time restrictions.
